• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Freight Shipping (Large Items): 5–10 business days.
   
• Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.

Parts like engines, transmissions, and body panels are shipped via freight carriers:

• Curbside delivery only
   
• Phone confirmation required for delivery scheduling
   
• Business addresses with a dock/forklift preferred for large items
   

• Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
   
• If parts are damaged in transit, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
   
• Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
