Refund and Returns Policy

At US AutoParts, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with the part you ordered, we offer a clear and transparent return process. Please read the following details carefully to ensure a smooth return experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most used auto parts within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The part must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
     
  • The part must not have been installed, altered, or damaged in any way.
     
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
     

Note: Certain items, such as electrical parts and custom orders, may not be eligible for return. Please verify with our team before purchasing.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order by email or phone:

  1. Provide your order number, the part number, and the reason for return.
     
  2. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
     

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged parts).
     
  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. US AutoParts is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
     

4. Restocking Fee

  • A 50% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, except in cases where the part is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
     
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount upon processing the return.
     

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned part and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
     
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 50% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
     
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
     

6. Damaged or Defective Parts

If your part arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery):

  • If the damage is noticeable at the time of delivery, refuse the shipment and contact us.
     
  • We will either issue a replacement part or a full refund, with no restocking fee charged, in these cases.
     

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Electrical parts (alternators, starters, ECUs, etc.)
     
  • Custom or special order parts
     
  • Final sale items, as indicated at the time of purchase
