We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
   
• Order Verification: Orders may be subject to verification for accuracy and availability before processing.
   

• Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
   
• Freight Shipping (Large/Heavy Parts): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days. Tracking details will be provided.
   
• Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Additional charges may apply.
   

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, location, or carrier delays.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
   
• The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout or quoted over the phone for custom orders.
   

Large items such as engines, transmissions, or body parts are shipped via freight carriers.

• Delivery is curbside only unless otherwise arranged.
   
• A valid phone number is required to schedule delivery.
   
• Freight shipments may require a business address with a loading dock or forklift for unloading.
   

• Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If a package is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
   
• Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
   

We may offer local pickup at our Sheridan, WY location. Please call ahead to schedule and confirm item availability.
